When and where is Channel Futures Leadership Summit This Year?
Channel Futures Leadership Summit will take place October 30 through November 2, 2023 at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida.
Can children attend the event/show floor?
No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of Channel Futures Leadership Summit. Infants or strollers are NOT permitted.
Will you have accommodations for attendees with disabilities?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact Bridget Hays at least four weeks prior to the event date.

Can I get a discount on my registration?
Occasionally, we will provide discounts for exhibit hall and conference packages. Sign up for one of our newsletters here to be notified about special rates.
Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?
You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.
I did not receive a confirmation; am I registered?

How will I receive my badge?
Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your QR code email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the show registration counter. If you have any questions, please contact our registration team at [email protected].

How do I make hotel reservations?
Convention Housing Partners has been designated the official hotel provider for Channel Futures Leadership Summit 2023. You may verify this at the official event website. Convention Housing Partners will never ask you to prepay for your rooms or require a deposit payable to anyone other than your chosen hotel.

Will food be available during the show?
Breakfast and Lunch will be served to Summit Pass holders during the keynotes. Meals are not included with the purchase of an Expo-Only pass. Breakfast and Lunch will be available to Expo-Only pass holders for an additional fee, and will be available to select as an additional package during registration. Any dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 8 business days prior to October 30. Please contact our event director Michelle Lee at [email protected] with dietary concerns.
